Staten Island University Hospital
MEDICAL ONCOLOGY AND HEMATOLOGY
The medical oncology and hematology service offers diagnosis and treatment for most cancers and hematological disorders.

The medical oncologists of the Nalitt Institute are also teachers who spend hundreds of hours each year presenting lectures for physicians, medical residents and medical students, and other staff.

With a nursing staff that is intensively trained, a complement of social workers, an on-site nutrition counselor, an available psychiatric staff, and a designated staff to help patients through the financial components, the Nalitt Institute places the patient's needs as its foremost concern.
